The SA40 controller adopts a modular structure design and has the characteristics of rich functions, high integration, excellent performance, high reliability, good scalability, and ease of use. It can provide personalized solutions for different industrial fields and can be widely used in Tunnels, transportation, water treatment, chemical industry, energy, heating, electric power, building materials, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy and other industries.
In addition to the requirements of traditional PLCs, the SA series PLC also focuses on interconnection. For industrial sites, it can be used for remote rack expansion and third-party communication through various industrial field buses such as EtherCAT, Profinet, Modbus TCP, ModbusRTU.CANopen, etc. Device interconnection is aimed at industrial configuration, and it can interact with various industrial configuration software through standard communication protocols such as OPCUA Server, Modbus TCP, Modbus RTUMQTT, and user-defined network protocols.

Rail installation
① Pull down all the buckles on the back of all modules in the module group (as shown in Figure 1). It should be pulled until it clicks.

②, direction A, hang the fixing claw on the upper side of the module to the upper side of the guide rail, and press the module set firmly according to direction B in Figure 2 until it is fully embedded in the guide rail.

③ After locking the buckle of the module, embed it into the guide rail. Press upward until it clicks, as shown in Figure 3. If your fingers cannot reach the buckle, you should use tools such as a screwdriver and remember to use excessive torque.
